WHAT IS STICKFIT®?

StickFit® is an evidence based, whole body training exercise system of layered, integrated activities and techniques, in an aerobically sustained mixed, multi-modality cardio-based format. The goal focus is to stimulate and improve cognitive brain function with multi-dimensional movements and skill patterns, core training and body weight exercises, all moves use rattan sticks as the tool for the entire workout, from start to finish.

    WHAT MAKES STICKFIT® DIFFERENT?

    A neural-targeted workout design, along with the use of the sticks, is what differentiates StickFit® from any other program! Another difference is that StickFit® drills include tactile interaction with Partner & Group drills into Functional training.

      No previous training is required. The programs are designed to improve your overall abilities.

      • StickFit Instructor Foundation Course for Group Fitness Instructors (GFI’s) 3 day course – 2 days training & 3rd day test out & accreditation
      • StickFit Stick Fundamentals Course for Personal Trainers (PT’s) 1 day course – same day test out & accreditation

      IS STICKFIT® A MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM?

      No. Although, StickFit® is heavily influenced by Filipino Martial Arts by using rattan sticks. Many of the same functional drills can be practiced the same but in safety for fun & fitness.

      WHAT ARE THE SEGMENTS IN A STICKFIT® CLASS?

      StickFit Group includes different sections including Neural Warm-Up, Activation & Wind- Down, Partner Drills, StickBlitz, Metronome & Body weight & Conditioning. There are various programs that are focused on these different sections.
